To give you flexibility, we offer three tiers of servicing packages:
The Basic – Gas safety check and system/property compliance.
The Comprehensive – Safety check plus appliance servicing, system health check, and inhibitor level testing.
The Premium – A complete package including gas safety check, appliance servicing, boiler strip-down service, system health check, full system drain down and hot flush of the central heating system, plus re-dosing of inhibitor (recommended every 5 years).
Prices vary depending on the number of appliances. We also offer discounts to landlords and letting agents who require cover for multiple properties.
